This course is designed to develop participants’ ability to communicate effectively in formal business settings. They will learn how to structure and develop concise messages as well as detailed reports that skilled employees are often expected to produce. Students will learn how to write high-impact emails, memos and letters, as well as communicate verbally in a variety of organizational contexts. It is a competency-based course aimed at proving students simple but effective tools that can be used reliably to produce results. Finally, the course also includes hands-on training on presentation skills, resume writing and facing job interviews.

- To assist participants in identifying and using their natural strengths to develop high impact messages, secure jobs and achieve career growth.
