Professor Anant has taught courses like Organizational Behavior, Business Communication, Soft Skills, Business Strategy, Business Ethics, Management Research Methods and Leadership for Performance Excellence at some of India’s global business schools since 2001. He has also taught at reputed world-class institutions in Singapore and UAE for about 13 years. Prof. Anant excels at providing competency-based learning experiences using traditional, hybrid as well as online learning modes. His consistent outstanding ratings from MBA & BBA students are testimony to his impact as an educator.

During his tenure as Dean and Executive Director, Prof. Anant led several initiatives to bring global best practices in education to Indian and regional institutions. He has delivered much valued faculty development programs in India and UAE, and nurtured large teams, to structure and implement competency-based teaching and assessment writing.

Prof. Anant has also served several large multinational organizations as a Human Resource and Organization Development (HR & OD) consultant to design and implement bespoke interventions for addressing motivational and behavioral issues. Prof. Anant deploys an arsenal of experiential tools to provide learners a range of academic and practical or applied competencies.
