Organizational Behavior is a multidisciplinary field of study that borrows from several basic and applied scientific as well as humanistic domains to provide students and working professional an in-depth understanding of the myriad behavioral and employee management challenges encountered within organizations.

Organizational behavior is a multidisciplinary study of human behavior within organizations. The course involves systematic analyses of several key performance-related aspects of employee behavior at the individual, group and organizational levels. Participants will learn how to undertake applied research to investigate behavioral issues and develop contingent strategies and interventions to enhance performance. The course also equips them with a range of effective tools that can be used to nurture motivated teams and leverage them to build a lasting competitive advantage for the organization. In addition, it provides an unparalleled opportunity for personal development and growth as participants explore their leadership potential and learn how to be global leaders in the rapidly changing globalized economy of the 21st century.  

Course Objectives:
